Perry Belcher: CEO Morning Club? + Claude Cowork + TikTok Traffic Hacks

Perry opened with a half-serious thought experiment: what if AI Morning Club eventually becomes “CEO Morning Club”? The crowd vetoed the rebrand, but the philosophy behind it landed hard.

His thesis: we are entering the era of the Chief Everything Officer.

Drawing from Dean Jackson’s AI Bot Summit framework, vision, capability, and reach, Perry emphasized that capability is no longer the bottleneck.

“At this point, 60–70% of anything you want to do can be automated. We’re headed toward 90% by the end of this year.”

Then came the provocative claim from Claude’s CEO: programming could be obsolete within 6–12 months.

Not five years. Not two years. Months.

The shift isn’t about better tools, it’s about eliminating steps entirely.

Claude Cowork became the centerpiece. Unlike browser Claude, Cowork runs as a desktop application capable of chaining tasks together without pausing. Perry’s imagined workflow: upload your “start a business” checklist LLC filing, logo creation, landing page, email setup, go to bed, wake up to completion. This pairs with his OpenClaw VPS automation experiments, where four-hour manual tasks now run overnight through Telegram-triggered workflows.

The macro commentary escalated: AI companies reportedly spent $100M+ during the Super Bowl. Claude closed a $30B funding round at a $350B valuation immediately after. SaaS valuations are compressing because when AI removes steps, the middle-layer software category becomes fragile.

Then Perry pivoted tactical.

He created a brand new TikTok account that morning for his sourdough site. Thirty-second iPhone video.

No editing.

Problem → why → solution → benefits → CTA. Within 40 minutes: 110 views. On an account that didn’t exist an hour earlier.

Second experiment on his main account: commentary on the Bad Bunny vs Turning Point halftime audience split. 3,400 views in under two hours.

The unlock came from his son Ben: when Perry’s Philippines team uploads content, TikTok initially tests it in the Philippines. If that audience doesn’t engage, the content throttles globally.

Self-uploaded content tested locally → massive difference in distribution.

The close was psychological.

Perry unpacked why people hesitate to start: first-business failures become identity wounds. His prescription? Lower the stakes. Make smaller bets. Let AI reduce the cost of experimentation so failure no longer feels personal.

Saka Arafat: Pre-Launch CRO with Gemini | The 5-Step Landing Page Audit

Saka stepped in with a structured backend optimization session. His premise: most people ask for funnel reviews after they’ve launched. The smarter move is pre-launch diagnostic analysis.

He unveiled a five-step Gemini-based CRO protocol.

Step 1: Visual Analysis
Upload full-page screenshots and simulate eye-tracking logic. Identify hot zones, dead zones, scroll drop-offs. Tools like Hotjar can supplement, but Gemini Pro alone produces deep predictive feedback.

Step 2: Framework (LIFT Model)
Evaluate six pillars: value, clarity, relevance, urgency, anxiety, distraction. Distraction emerged as the silent killer. Too many elements dilute conversion focus.

Step 3: Scroll Fatigue
Desktop pages often look clean. Mobile breaks everything. Right-click → inspect → simulate device sizes. Many funnels die on mobile friction.

Step 4: Fat Finger Testing
One-click upsells placed too close to “No Thanks” create accidental charges. Refund chaos. Support friction. Trust erosion.

Step 5: Strategy Implementation
Take Gemini’s output and drop it directly into Lovable or your builder. Let AI execute the fixes.

He demonstrated Pro vs Fast model differences. Pro outputs were significantly more detailed, scoring sections for readability, emotional clarity, and anxiety triggers. He provided a Google Doc SOP so members could build their own CRO Gem.

The core takeaway: optimize before traffic. Don’t amplify inefficiency.

Angie Norris: Custom Storybooks for Local Businesses | The $15 Lead Magnet

AI Party Tricks returned with a deceptively simple idea: create hyper-personalized children’s storybooks for local businesses.

Angie pulled a 10-year anniversary post from a local salon. Uploaded team photos into Gemini. Prompted: “Create a children’s storybook about this company.”

Within minutes: a fully illustrated, narrative-driven book.

She corrected character names. Swapped stylist photos. Changed publisher name. Reinforced brand voice. The customization layer is where value lives.

Then she flipped the concept into monetization.
Orthodontists → “Braces Graduation” books.
Real estate agents → “Welcome Home” stories.
Gyms → transformation hero journeys.
Salons → anniversary celebration books.
Travel agents → recap adventure keepsakes.

Production options ranged from DIY printing to Mixed Book fulfillment to Etsy storefronts. PlaceIt mockups created teaser videos. ElevenLabs voiceovers turned the books into narrated ads. Camtasia green screen trick made it appear she was holding a physical printed version.

Angie reminded everyone of her broke-college hustle: custom wine labels for weddings made with Dollar Tree supplies. Personalization creates emotional impact. Emotional impact creates opportunity.

The theme wasn’t AI complexity. It was simple AI empowerment.

Russell Smith: HeyGen Avatar Ads for Vibe-Coded Apps | The 30-Second Scalebot Demo

Russell opened vulnerable: live demos make him nervous. The goal: prove you can sell vibe-coded software in under 30 seconds using AI avatars.

He generated a Nano Banana “Spokes Model” image instead of filming himself. Uploaded four consistent poses of the attractive model into HeyGen. Selected a voice. Configured vertical format.

Next: script engineering.
Prompt: “Break this into a TikTok style script with 5-second feature callouts.”

He edited aggressively, removed fluff, removed cringe phrases, and focused on clarity.

Structure:
Hook → Product name → 3-4 feature hits → CTA → Free trial mention.
He then recorded Scalebot’s dashboard on his phone using ScreenFlow. Trimmed loading screens. Reordered footage to match script pacing.

After a 15-minute HeyGen render (free tier, watermark included), he assembled: Avatar intro → 20-second mobile demo overlay → Avatar outro and the all-important CTA.

Final runtime: 33 seconds.

No teleprompter stress. No on-camera pressure. Fully scalable workflow for any SaaS. The implication: you can generate ad creative faster than you can overthink it.

Shawna Stevenson: Make Money This Weekend | The Reseller’s AI Advantage

Shauna stripped everything down to execution.
“You don’t need ads. You don’t need an LLC. Just go.”

She grabbed a baseball glove from her house. Snapped a photo. Uploaded to ChatGPT: “Help me make money off this.”

ChatGPT returned:

  • Brand value
  • Condition comps
  • Pricing ranges
  • Suggested positioning

She screenshotted that output and uploaded to Claude:
“Create a compelling marketplace listing.”
Claude generated optimized headlines, descriptions, and keyword-rich formatting.

Her sourcing hack: Facebook Marketplace “Business for Sale” section. Instead of buying businesses, buy assets. Bounce houses. Liquidated eBay inventory. Custom tumbler stock. Drop images into AI, verify comps, flip.

Operational basics:
  • eBay handles shipping calculations.
  • $20 mail scale.
  • Bulk boxes.
  • Public meetups.
  • Cash preferred.

Her philosophy:
Higher-value items attract higher-quality buyers. Don’t negotiate against yourself. Say no confidently.

Brian Neff’s cruise quote resurfaced: “There is money everywhere.”

Shauna’s challenge: make money by Monday.
