🌅 Day 6 – Monday, August 4, 2025
Theme: “Wake Up and Build Momentum”
Speaker: Perry Belcher
Hello, AI Morning Club!
Happy Monday, everyone! Week 2 began with Perry Belcher bringing his signature blend of wisdom and humor — reminding us that momentum is a muscle.
He talked about how success with AI (and in life) isn’t about waiting for inspiration — it’s about building daily reps. Perry encouraged us to treat these morning sessions as our training ground for curiosity, consistency, and creative thinking.
He shared practical reminders about using AI as a thought partner rather than a task taker. Instead of asking ChatGPT to “do,” ask it to “think with you.” That shift alone, he said, multiplies your depth and speed.
We kicked off Week 2 re-energized and re-focused — remembering that our advantage isn’t the tool; it’s how we show up to use it.
Bring your friends — the more minds we have in the room, the stronger our mornings get.

✨ Quick Highlights
🧠 Core Idea: Momentum is built, not found.
💬 Quote: “You don’t need motivation when you’ve built momentum.” — Perry Belcher
💡 Mindset: Treat AI as a thought partner, not a task runner.
🚀 Action Step: Pick one ongoing project and commit to asking your AI deeper questions about it all week.

🚀 Day 7 – Tuesday, August 5, 2025
Theme: “Blending Human Hustle with AI Muscle”
Speaker: Mikhail Kuznetsov
Hello, AI Morning Club!
Tuesday came alive with strategy and systems as Mikhail Kuznetsov joined us to share how to combine human intuition with automation flow.
He introduced his three layers of AI adoption
1️⃣ Prompt Layer – where creativity happens,
2️⃣ Custom Layer – where expertise is repeated, and
3️⃣ Automation Layer – where scale begins.
Mikhail walked us through n8n, the visual automation tool he uses to build “RAG systems” (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that let AI pull answers from company knowledge bases — instantly.
He reminded us that AI isn’t about replacing people — it’s about extending their capacity.
“Use open, conversational flows for sales. Use structured, RAG-based logic for operations. That’s how you balance human hustle with AI muscle.”
It was a masterclass in building smart foundations that make your ideas scalable.
Bring your friends — the more builders we have, the stronger this club becomes.

✨ Quick Highlights
⚙️ Framework: Prompt → Custom → Automation Layers.
🧰 Tool: n8n for building RAG-based workflows.
💬 Quote: “Balance human hustle with AI muscle.” — Mikhail Kuznetsov
🚀 Action Step: Identify one repetitive workflow and explore automating it this week.

🎨 Day 8 – Wednesday, August 6, 2025
Theme: “AI Party Tricks — Show and Tell Your Wins”
Speaker: Angie Norris
Hello, AI Morning Club!
Midweek magic struck again as Angie Norris returned for our second AI Party Tricks Day!
She reintroduced her AI Party Tricks Infinity Board, where members can add their own creative demos and quick wins. Angie reminded us that every experiment, no matter how small, can inspire someone else to try.
This week, we watched members share their projects — from AI-powered newsletters to image generators and workflow hacks — and it felt like watching creativity compound in real time.
Angie reminded us that sharing isn’t about showing off; it’s about showing possibility.
“You don’t have to have it all figured out — you just have to share what’s working for you.”
We left the call feeling connected, proud, and brimming with ideas.
Bring your friends — the more curiosity we gather, the more magic we create.

✨ Quick Highlights
🎭 Theme: Creativity compounds when shared.
💬 Quote: “You don’t have to have it all figured out — just share what’s working.” — Angie Norris
💡 Mindset: Every win, big or small, helps the whole tribe grow.
🚀 Action Step: Record a short Loom or screenshot of one AI win and post it in your community.

💡 Day 9 – Thursday, August 7, 2025
Theme: “Why GPT-5 Changes Everything”
Speaker: Perry Belcher
Hello, AI Morning Club!
Tech Thursday turned into a deep dive in perspective as Perry Belcher unpacked the truth behind the buzz surrounding GPT-5.
He explained that while some people expected fireworks, GPT-5 is more like a thinking upgrade — smarter reasoning, better memory, and deeper nuance. It’s less flash, more finesse.
Perry reminded us that most people get shallow answers because they ask shallow questions — and that the real power comes from how we train our AI to think with us.
“The better your input, the rarer your output.”
He also shared how he’s using Claude Projects as his new creative lab, organizing massive content sets for books, funnels, and frameworks.
The takeaway: GPT-5 isn’t the finish line — it’s the next tool in our evolution.
Bring your friends — the more thinkers we have, the smarter our mornings get.

✨ Quick Highlights
🧠 Core Idea: GPT-5 is about reasoning, not novelty.
⚙️ Tool: Claude Projects for persistent, contextual creation.
💬 Quote: “The better your input, the rarer your output.” — Perry Belcher
🚀 Action Step: Rerun an old prompt with GPT-5 or Claude and compare the difference in depth.

🎸 Day 10 – Friday, August 8, 2025
Theme: “From Ads to AI Kids — Building with Lovable”
Speaker: Mitch Barham
Hello, AI Morning Club!
We closed Week 2 with creativity, heart, and innovation — thanks to Mitch Barham, one of our very own Driven Mastermind members.
Mitch shared how he scaled his eCommerce agency to multi-seven figures using AI — and how that journey led him to create Lovable, an “agentic” builder platform designed to help kids explore AI through play.
He laughed as he shared how he built an entire MVP — without writing a single line of code — using ChatGPT, Lovable, and a heavy dose of curiosity.
“You don’t have to be technical to build something transformative — you just have to start.”
That line became the anthem of the morning. It reminded us that AI isn’t just about automation; it’s about imagination.
If Week 1 was about thinking harder, Week 2 was about building bolder.
Bring your friends — the more creators we have, the stronger our movement grows.

✨ Quick Highlights
💡 Theme: From ideas to impact — AI as a creative playground.
🧰 Tool: Lovable – no-code agentic builder.
💬 Quote: “You don’t have to be technical to build something transformative.” — Mitch Barham
🚀 Action Step: Outline a simple project idea you’ve been sitting on and ask your AI how to build version 1.
