- AI Mastery, Viral Frameworks & Tough Love – Week 11 Recap

💬 Day 51 – Monday, October 6, 2025
Coach Deb: The 5 Apps That Put My Agency Out of Business
Coach Deb kicked off the week with a raw, reflective session on how AI didn’t just disrupt her agency — it dismantled it. She unpacked the five tools that made her traditional video production workflow obsolete:
- Descript (from captions to complete edits),
- Ideogram for branded graphics,
- Fiverr’s AI-enhanced gig workers,
- Streamyard’s built-in QR overlays, and
- Zoom’s studio filters and virtual lighting, replacing makeup crews and camera setups.
But this wasn’t a pity party — it was a pivot plan. Coach Deb didn’t fold. She founded again — launching a business to teach the very tools that replaced her.
Her message: “AI isn’t the threat — resistance is.”
She closed with a mic-drop reminder: AI won’t take your job. But the person who knows how to use AI will.
💬 Day 52 – Tuesday, October 7, 2025
Emma: Sora Access & Onboarding (Live from the Cruise)
In a session that could’ve been titled “Pirates of the Prompt Engine,” Emma broadcast live from the Ignite Mastermind Cruise, turning a mid-ocean Wi-Fi signal into a movement. She walked dozens of members through live Sora onboarding, distributing invite codes like digital golden tickets.
This wasn’t just demo time — it was community-powered access unlocking.
- ✅ How to create cameos (your AI avatar)
- ✅ How to follow and remix creators
- ✅ How to work within the iOS app experience (with Android tips teased)
Emma proved that even the most exclusive AI playgrounds can be opened up when community momentum meets technical know-how.
This was a live case study in “distributed access through decentralized trust.”
💬 Day 53 – Wednesday, October 8, 2025
Chris Gray: NotebookLM – Your AI Learning Shortcut
Chris brought heart and horsepower. He opened with a personal story: how books reshaped his father’s life — and how AI, now, can do the same at speed. The centerpiece: NotebookLM, Google’s source-grounded learning assistant.
He demoed how to:
- Download PDFs (from Ocean of PDF),
- Upload transcripts, books, or course notes,
- Generate flashcards, quizzes, podcast-style summaries, and even YouTube recaps.
Unlike ChatGPT or Claude, NotebookLM only pulls from your sources — making it perfect for accurate study and reflection.
Chris used “Good Inside” by Dr. Becky Kennedy as a live example, probing its core ideas without reading a page.
This wasn’t just about learning faster — it was about reclaiming attention with tools that filter signal from noise.
💬 Day 54 – Thursday, October 9, 2025
Russell: Wrestling with OpenAI’s Agent Builder
It was Stack Thursday, and Russell didn’t pretend to have it all figured out — and that’s what made this session gold.
He gave us a front-row seat to his live build using OpenAI’s Agent Builder, with a goal: automate social posts for his Fort Walton Beach Facebook pages in a Jimmy Buffett voice. 🍹🌴
Highlights:
- ✅ Attempted image generation (not fully supported yet)
- ✅ ChatGPT hallucinations about nonexistent features
- ✅ Cost comparison between agents and tools like CoSchedule
- ✅ Workflow logic with prompts, scheduling, and fallback defaults
This wasn’t a victory lap — it was a real-time struggle session. But Russell’s transparency made it one of the most valuable Agent Builder intros yet.
His core message: “You don’t need to master it. You just need to show up and start wrestling.”
💬 Day 55 – Friday, October 10, 2025
Rick: Feature Friday – Custom GPTs & Pressure Prompting
Rick — a 40+ year veteran of software and NLP — brought wizard energy to Friday’s session. His walkthrough of custom GPTs wasn’t just technical; it was strategic, layered, and actionable.
🚨 The spotlight: Site Review Feedback GPT
- ADA compliance audit
- Conversion optimization insights
- Prompt-driven UX recommendations
🧠 Plus: his method for “pressure prompting” — nudging AI past generic responses into unexpected breakthroughs.
He demoed:
- Daisy-chaining GPTs with specific roles
- Using /menu to reveal hidden GPT capabilities
- Extracting proprietary logic from locked GPTs (yes, really)
- His Sora Creative Architect GPT with embedded Descript workflows
Rick wrapped with a real-time Perplexity search strategy for micro-SaaS ideas like “no kidding SaaS opportunities” — proving ideation can be sourced, scored, and shipped with the right prompt discipline.
He didn't just show us tools. He showed us how to think with them.
